Additional Information: I wanted to exchange from Paypal to crypto and I contacted this person and we tested a payment of 10 euros to see if there was a hold or not, and after this attempt he told me, OK, send the full amount to the same mail, but there was a problem with my account so I could not send and I told him that I will continue tomorrow because I want to sleep
And the next day, I sent the payment of $80 to another mail that he sent to me, and nothing was sent to me yesterday because it was not available.
Today I asked him if I was free, he said yes and I try to contact with him, no response
I just want a full refund. I don't want to complete this deal
