creating designer usergroup

I suggest creating designer usergroup such as coder for example 


Whats his job 

- marking the paid ads banners 
- event graphics creation 
- paid usertitle and bar making 
- improvement on the whole site for example 
Logo , avatars etc 

And any other graphics work needed 

Why shouls u create this ? 
Cuz i want to join

I really can't agree at all at this moment. Design section hasn't enough activity to get a designer UG.
Perhaps in the future, who knows :)
