cracked servers down daily same time

hello maams and @J_S
ive recently noticed that out beloved forum cracked downs at around 3am (gmt+2)
you can guess your time but its when shit resets like daily stuff
anyways this bugs accures when you f5 or try to go to a different place in the forum and u need to do captcha
sometimes the captcha dosent appear.
when it appears u solve it and its back again (looped)
its happeneds everyday as i said for a period time 
5-30 minutes
please fix
