can you delete negative rep staff please

Hi i have a negative rep the guy is called "ikob" he scammed me 20$ + he got banned and he made a revenge -rep

Staff won't remove negative reps for any reason, found out myself around a year ago. just add -rep to him back and resolve it in private, Staff is not here to solve small child disputes.
