so were going to bassically clip onto discord's update.exe file because most people have it as a startup application 

1. code your executable (logger, stealer or just whatever you want)
2. Download DNSpy https://github.com/dnSpy/dnSpy
3. goto discord file path (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Discord)
4. drag update.exe into Dnspy
5 right click update.exe and hit "goto entry point" 

You can now add your own code to discords update.exe file and compile it ;)
(i recommend you use threading and open a thread to continue the discord process as usual while downloading and starting your executable to be run in the background)
