I tried refunding a switch lite for $212,, i've done this before and always make sure to wait a month in b/t Refunds but they hit me with a nuke this time around:

This is regarding to the issue reported for Lost Package.
Tracking details shows that item was delivered to your address. Picture was taken as a proof of delivery that it was delivered to your front door.
At this time, we will not be able to process refund of replacement order. We encourage you to work with the carrier and/or local law enforcement regarding this matter."
I already tried brute forcing my way through but support doesn't do anything. Could i just request a refund on paypal? or is that not a good idea. PLZ let me know, if theres nothing i can do without getting "local law enforcement" or anything of that matter involved, I'll just take an L, but just wondering if anyone has had this happen and/or think requesting a paypal refund would work in my favor. thanks :D
