There may be some cheap, but unfortunately not any quality proxy provider.

This site provides somewhat free valid proxies as compared to others.
But this still only %10 are valid and rest are dead.

My friend like paid 220$  for 2500 proxies.
And he says, although proxies were valid and alive but most of them were blacklisted by websites.
And there's no guarantee, some proxies take 24h and some even expires after 1 min.

I'm Masoom Shetaan (innocent evil). Both are opposites. It just depend upon challenge I have been assigned.
