This deal is not on hold, LOL. The deal is over, we were not satisfied with the crap you made and asked you to modify it, you refused, then said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. It's been over 5 days and still nothing. Regardless, we wanted a refund anyway as we did not receive a finished product to our satisfaction.

The deal is on hold, as you opened a deal dispute. According to what staff says is what will happen. If you wanted your product edited, then you shouldnt have opened a deal dispute that puts the deal on hold, waiting for actions of staff. Childish.

The deal dispute was made in the first place because you're an extremely shitty editor and refused to edit the product to me and my partner's satisfaction. I want my refund, scammer.
