They just give you THEIR account details, you log on, download the game, go offline, switch back to your profile and play the game in offline mode.

hi it is the same with playstation accounts

the game you download is buyed on the store of the account and can be downloaded in your personnal acc and when the download is launch you have to go to your profile and play with your profile :)
