Additional Information: Bought a VRBangers account from him for $7, logged in and it was locked. Contacted him for a replacement and he doesn't have any at the moment but wants me to pay more for another account? After stressing all viable options it seems a refund is the best option here, however he hasn't responded to me in 3 days. Normally I wouldn't make a dispute for $7 but I guess this is what it comes to.
