Hey, I don't know if yall saw it but they added a group of "moderators" and will provide IP and phone number to the authorities now.

My question is, Is this going to affect our community somehow? are there any ways to hide our information? etc.

And, in case it is not safe to use telegram anymore, are there any good alternatives for it?

im honestly not sure if its worth the risk using telegram anymore.

personally i would go back to old school PGP and emails

i honestly think they already were sharing information with anyone who had enough authority, I mean how many CP groups and blackhat groups would get nuked? it honestly make sesne that to some extent they always did comply with authorities if they wanted dirt on us, now it seems like they wont really encrypt our stuff when handing it over and will leak our IPs.

which is fine, telegram started annoying me long ago and ive been scammed there countless times, stopped trusting it a looong time ago
