Hi everyone, assuming the hacker/cracker uses a no-log VPN and fake phone numbers. I want to know:
1- Why would hackers/crackers sell hacked PayPal accounts instead of using it themselves?
2- If they could cashout money safely from hacked paypal how they can do that?
3- Is there an amount of money that if they withdraw more than it they would get caught? (like 1000$)
4- Why some crackers wouldn't  use it to buy BTC then convert to monero then convert to BTC and transfer to his own blockchain wallet?
5- How to secure my PayPal account?

3. Is there an amount of money that if they withdraw more than it they would get caught? Never came across any withdrawal discussion but yes the pros do not cross a limit while spending online.
