Why can't I vouch?

Hey excellent community! 

I have had an account since 2019.  I often use the Marketplace and have never been scammed which is great! 

But I always feel bad that I can't leave a vouch. 

The rules are:
 

• You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link.
  
• You can't leave a vouch in a thread with banned author.
  
• You can't leave a vouch if you don't have minimum 15 posts. (You have 19)
  
• You can't leave a vouch for: non existing thread, yourself, non market threads
  
• You can leave only 1 vouch per thread.
  
  
  
  

I feel I qualify to vouch ?


What am I missing?  Thanks ?!
