Some derivative of arch linux like manjaro, those are easy to install.

If you can google and follow guides, I recommend you install arch itself.

I recommend arch because its packages are updated as soon as the programs themselves are updates, so you will always have the latest version of software running on your system. Debian and derivatives like ubuntu only update their packages once every few months, this is good for servers to keep things stable, but not so much for personal pcs as you will always be running outdated stuff.

So Debian and Ubuntu would be more appropriate for servers, and for personal OS an Arch Linux distro (Manjaro)?

I can personally highly recommed Manjaro. You get all the benefits of Arch with a much more user friendly experience.

Majaro is a great os to start with. I'm a Fedora user myself, so after some time, uou maybe want to check that out too. Also, Elementary OS (not sure if I spelled it correct) is also amazing!

Debian is always a solid option!
