Well.. you mention web programming so I would suggest Python, C++ is not really being used as web framework AFAIK although it's very good to know.
If you wanna do it all I would suggest you take a closer look at C#

new web enthusiast here. For me, I started out with javascript videos on youtube, then => html => php => nodejs => c#. Working out pretty well.
