Where do I post Cracking Questions? New to cracking Am I Doing it Right?

Hi guys.  

Im new to cracking accounts, I just started learning about it about a week ago. Can someone tell me what I'am doing something wrong?
Im using Storm, Loaded some free Configs, Proxy and combolist. 2 hours passed by and it just tested 2 accounts. I dont know exactly why this is happening.
What should I change? what is the faulty here Proxy? Configs? Combolist?

Either your config is broken, or your proxies are bad (public and overused). Also, most people use OpenBullet.
Combolists don't cause checkers to break unless they have Unicode characters, which may cause exceptions.

Bad Thread Count
Bad Proxies
Wrong/ broken combo
broken config
proxy timeout is set to 50ms or sth

Bad Proxies
Wrong/ broken combo
broken config
proxy timeout is set to 50ms or sth

I used free proxies,
free configs
free combos from here haha.
thread is 150
My pc has 8gb i3 1st gen   Windows 10
Maybe the proxies are bad because it's free?
what about the proxy timeout? when It gets banned? what should be the time for that?

If I pay for the proxies and combolists would it be better and faster cracking accouts?
Im such a noob in the cracking game. Im tryna learn so I can make money off it 
So if paying for those resources will get me accounts faster, and  more reliable Id do it.

OpenBullet is open-source, the code is on GitHub (https://github.com/openbullet/openbullet) and there's plenty of configs on Cracked as well.

Thanks for the reply mate. What about the proxies? is it advisable to pay for good proxies so I can get account faster?
r I can get decent free HQ proxies here? Im tryna plan to use it as a way to generate income haha
