I've been on C.to for a while, but only recently have I been getting really engaged with the community, and I really wanted to ask when are you ACTUALLY considered a trusted/ reputable person. Because am really curious as what people will say.

I mean you can get scammed even by someone with an upgraded account, a lot of vouches likes and posts, however by that way of thinking you would never trust anyone. Anyway, usually them having an old account, some vouches, likes, posts and other "deals" on the forum, like having a service, or having sold and bought stuff in the past.
