so, i was paypal holder for @Cuando for a while, then paypal suddenly on hold some of his money, so he stopped cooperation. i needed to send all money once it was unlocked, then all his customers started refunding money so now my paypal is in minus 77$. please tell me if its my own fault or if its his fault, i am asking for an honest opinion, also my paypal is verified with my real info and passport.
