What can i do with someones ip info?

So i was wondering what i could do with someones local ip adress, their public adress and a open port of theirs. Can i do something fun with it? Or is it just useless

the ip is i think Useless

As far as i know you can do 3 things

search for open ports to hack the person (extremely unliklely to have an open port that lets you get full access)
DDoss the ip (Has 0 effect since the ip changes if the router crashes or gets unplugged)
Look ip up in databreaches (Might let you see his data)

Yea you can see approximately their location , internet provider etc.
example : https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/1.1.1.1
If they have a open port you can DDOS them

U could Dox people through their IP, and if ur extremely lucky even hack them.
Other than that, there isn't much else useful to do with it.
