I've been losing motivation lately, just wondering what keeps you guys going?  Heart

I absolutely agree. Motivation most of the times comes with and from self confidence (I succeeded in that thanks to myself) and from rewarding yourself. But, without an aim you can't really be motivated, so focus on finding a new aim every time you reach one.

motivation is lost when you focus on so many things and end achieve nothing. follow the things i say below
1. delete those shitty social media that makes you compare yourself with others
2. make a list of short and long term goals and schedule the deadlines for it.
3. make little achievements daily and celebrate your achievements.
4. take breaks whenever necessary, you need time to breathe and clear ya head.

My main Motivation is just my Goal for Life. I just set myself a goal i want to achieve and keep working for it. I know its maybe not helping you but anyways. :D
