Looking for someone to take my already working paypal config and make it better. looking for higher CPM ; and overall better performance: hit rate. Must be an already established person in the scene who knows what they are doing.

unless you use different proxies or a different api, cpm wont be able to be changed.
unless the config is skipping hits hiring someone to adjust a paypal config wont do anything about your hitrate as thats dependant on your combos
