I wanted to buy Adobe CC with Adobe Stock for 30$, he tells me 30$ is for CC without Adobe Stock, so I pay 40$ to get it with Adobe Stock, he only sent me Adobe CC, but thats not what I need. I only want adobe Stock. We are now 2 weeks further and still havent received my Adobe Stock. 

I want to receive a refund of 40$, because I have no Adobe Stock. The Adobe CC is worthless to me. I dont need that.

This guy has Scam Reports against him almost every week. When is Staff going to do something about it? This is not a seller you want on a forum.

Buddy i had told you that stock is extra and takes time as you were being paranoid thinking i scammed you so i added cc to ur acc and told u to wait for stock plan , exact line of mine is "i sent adobe cc rn as thats $30 and u empty handed after paying $40 were getting pissed lol" sent on 24th 

told on 28th u directly opened dispute without even dming me once 

I can accept the delay in delivery of your adobe stock
but a little less paranoia will be better , you could have dmed me prior and received same reply but anyway refund will be sent in few mins , you can keep the adobe cc on the house
