As someone who has been working on XRGen.org i can tell you this:
XRGen.org is not a scam and is in early beta which is bound to cause issues.
Making threads like these do not help XR and if you would've went through the proper channels, then you would've gotten a refund.

May is also be noted that any reported bugs or errors are actively being worked upon so by tomorrow this shall be fixed.
