Vote mute/temp-ban system in Shoutbox.

Howdy,

I believe that a good suggestion that would help make this forum better, even though it's already better than any other forum by far, would be a vote mute system in the Shoutbox. What is a vote mute system, you may ask? A vote mute system would be some kind of plugin or script that gives members access mute somebody that is spamming in the Shoutbox by casting a vote. If a majority of members vote mute, then the spammer gets muted/banned from the Shoutbox for an hour or so. Basically a thing like vote kick but with muting/banning from Shoutbox instead of kicking. 

What are the positive outcomes of this?
Well, we wouldn't have to put up with 10 year old kids on their Xbox browser telling members to kill themselves and ruining moods of members because some kid is up past his bedtime.

Or just be like me, filter out the shoutbox using browser addon and purify your eyes toxic, cringy shoutbox chat.

the problem is that it there can be abusive behavior. Imagine we are bulying @MeSvAk with no reasons, we can just ban him for 1 houwith no reason. I jope u understand what i mean
