Additional Information: he said he has HQ Dbs so i was interesed into learning how to make them myself then i contacted him we talked abit about the price and came down to 175$ and pay him 75$ once i start making money using the combos
but then when is was his profile i saw he was very new to the forum Registration Date "17 March, 2021" and he only has 6 reps with 0 threads so basicly he can be an exit scam so i told him his acc is worth nothing and i wanted to use Liars MM Service i was willing to pay for the fees but he didnt want to idk why , he told me there was noway we can do this deal using mm as i could just say he didnt teach me or some thing like that to scam him but i told him we can ask liars how to do this deal propertly but he didnt want either and then out of nowhere he said this " Give me $150 for now, then gradually as you learn you can start paying me more when you make more. " which sounded like he wanted the money so i made him and even better deal "im willing to pay bro the given amount if 200$ and pay liars fees "  but he didnt take this deal either which seems very Suspicious btw i made this deal to him only to see him denying i bet if i said i would pay 500$ but we have to use MM he would turn it down

He came to me requesting to be taught how to perform these actions.

I would like to add more to this:

His domain was registered on 2021-04-02, just a couple days ago.

He claims he makes money but it's all a facade. I'm pretty sure the domain is just a burner and the biggest indicator of this is that he's using namecheap as the registrar (for something clearly illegal) as well as namecheap webhosting to host the site. This shows that he does not care if the site goes down eventually and he's probably not hoping to get too big.

I would not be surprised if the domain had been obtained by fraud since it does tick most of the red flags including the potentially fake information he used to register the domain (which shows in the whois), including a phone number and address. He's either a fraud, or very dumb.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was somebody's alt, and it feels like all of this "I already have money and I don't care what you say" is an act only done to get the trust of naive, potential buyers.
