★ The Problem ★
Are you guys sick of transaction fees?
It just hit me how much we waste on these fees when using BTC and ETH
Paying $5+ and in the case of BTC still having to wait is ridiculous!
★Why Not LTC and USDT? ★
You may thing LTC is a good option but in reality it has the same problems as BTC & ETH. It is just that since it is less popular less people use it but at the end of the day just like BTC & ETH the network can only process X amount of transactions per seconds meaning it is not a good/long term fix.
USD-T also has its problems. You need ETH to send it because it is an ERC20 token. This is very annoying needing to have ETH stored up to send your tether! If you forget to have enough ETH then guess what? Your tether is stuck until you buy more.
USD-T being on the ETH network also has a lot of problems that ETH has.
★The Solution!★
The only way we can fix this problem is if we come together with the solution as a community.
I think we could use either Polkadot (DOT) or Cardano (ADA)
These two crypto currencies work very well! They have scaling technology so more users = more transactions can be done per second.
They also utilize proof of staking instead of proof of work work so you can make a small amount of passive income on the side
(5% per year in ADA guaranteed!)
I personally think ADA would be the best one to use.
This is because it is simpler to use than Polkadot and much more popular.
Just a few days ago it had the #3 market cap.
