So what is the difference between those and the "real" ones? How can someone tell the difference? I need to know in case I want to resell it.

I would say that nearly everything is pretty much identical to the real ones. Including it's functions (e.g TapTouch, recognition that it's in your ear and more)

The ONLY differences are that
  • At the back, it displays "Assembled in China", rather than "Assembled in Vietnam".
  • The noise cancellation isn't that noticeable.
On the other hand, the sound quality is extremely impressive - It's one of my first surprises to using them. The other is that they are completely 1:1.
