Please let people get vote muted if a certain % of people in SB vote for them to get muted! (only people without rank and with a neg rep count)

Do it so a member can only be muted:
once every 24 hours
just 10mins or something like that


This is due to the fact that sometimes mostly late night random people are coming and spamming the sb with a scam product,
no one can do something about it because mods are off...

So either get more mods or let us votemute someone...

A lot of above mentioned spammers are with ranks because they believe a color is a guarantee for privileges.
How about this:
Only people with a rank above grey can vote
Atleast 5 votes must be reached, each sb post is 1 possible vote (like only one person can report the same thread)
First mute is 5 minutes
Second mute is 30 minutes
Third mute is 1 day
