Any recomendations for a vm? Not only the software but the os and specs for the vm.

I kinda want to start cracking accounts again but more seriously this time and i know that some times you might download some shady stuff so, any recomentations?

Thanks for the advice! Btw is vmware workstation also good? Which one would you prefer?
