Username changes without upgrade

Hey so i know that i need to upgrade to take usernames but what if we can if the account has not connected since 1 year & has made no threads? Can we change our username if so because oRaw kinda sucks and Raw is better. So yeah. Maybe instead of upgrades we can use a number of likes?
