Reason for report: He giving a -rep to my profile for no reason. Discrediting my profile.  Use of -rep against the rules.

Additional Information: I just asked him about the price and then said I didn't want to buy. He insisted, even though I said no many times. And finally he gave a -rep to my profile because of his ambition. You cannot give a -rep this way. As a customer, I don't wanna to buy a product. It's using -rep completely against the rules. The seller is malicious and insulting. The seller wants to hurt me just because I stopped buying and is attacking my profile. The ability to give rep to disrespectful sellers like this should be turned off.
