Upload a shell script with Image Getting Resized by the Upload system?.

Do anyone know on how do I deface a webpage which has an Upload Profile Picture but has like Image Filtering on it?.
So, it has like some kind of system to check if the Image file was actually an Image.
I actually managed to upload the shell script by hiding the script in an image file.

Sadly, the Image file get resized by the system and created 3 seperate file which was the large, medium, and small resolution.
Do anyone know on how do I find the actual file?, or the site itself can't be defaced?.

If the file uploading system they have resizes the images then I doubt it is subjectable to shell exploits.
