Upgrade Wait Time?

Ive been waiting almost a day for my upgrade. I paid mine a different way away from btc as told by an admin but they've read my message and seen I've paid. Why have i yet to be upgrade?

I didnt pay buy btc i spoke to admin and they said you can pay a different way which i did.
