Lenovo Private Method (I got 15 monitors in less than a week and half with this method)
1.Go on ebay or facebook marketplace (preferably facebook cause you can ask them to take a picture of the serial numbers for you)
2.Find posts where the S/N (serial number) is visible
3.Look up "lenovo warranty check" on goggle and find the site to check warranty via s/n
4.Check the repair status, if the monitor has an active ticket, it can not be used until the ticket is resolved.
5.If there is no active repair, go to "contact us" and submit a new e-ticket.
6.Screenshot the serial number from the listing and it has to be on the back on the monitor itself
7.If the monitor has 37A or 37M advanced exchange warranty then you are good.
8.Pick hardware problem and in the box where it ask for a detailed description, write "The monitor will not power on. I have went through extensive trouble shooting including multiple power cords and outlets and there is no sign of life. I would like to issue a replacement via courier"
9.Upload the screenshot of the sn for the picture of e ticket
10.fill out the contact form (ADDRESS DOESNT NOT MATTER) you can rehit for like 10+ monitors just change email, name, and phone (they dont call so you could put any phone number you want)
11.they will email you asking for proof of purchase and the screenshot of the s/n again
12.For proof of purchase use the website listed below
Heres the template of the invoice (Lenovo)
Website: https://invoice-generator.com/#/1
details to keep in mind
*make the date of the purchase the month and year the warranty started
*make tax the rate from what state you are located in
*make the due date a couple days after the date
*this is just a tip but copy an actual listing of the monitor for pricing and item name
