Trying to set a signature with a ad banner, but not really being able as shown in the image below

Only upgraded users can set signature? Or do I need to reach some level or smth like that to unlock? None of the reasons in the error message seems to be valid

I went to the settings page and Signature settings

I tried different ads, even random texts just to check if I wasn't inputing anything wrong
