I am not sure about how it will improve security, but it won't stop leeching

and in my opinion, leechers are the users that make the forum active without leechers forum is

also, ksz removed the credits bonus a few months ago

People start abusing every new feature the current system is good, in my opinion, where leecher is being limited to 3 posts per day per section.
