It's often missing and each time I get accounts of people I've helped upgrading, I often cannot reupgrade it for them straight away due to the country missing.
Only solution when there's no stock for that country, is to select another country and connect to a VPN once every 14 days?
Hi sir, we restock every 2 days, last restock was today but was not possible as Spotify made a new update and was impossible on last 2 days to get fresh stock, so we will skip this restock and push it on next time (in 2 days)
But yes meanwhile you can use other country upgrade to avoid waiting these 2 days.

Hi sir, normally upgrade is completed in max 5 minutes, so check normally is already completed, in case you see account upgraded in check info key, just logout and login back on Spotify to see the Premium.
