Twitter account to use

Looking for a decent Twitter account I can use to follow a private one. I literally just want it to see the users posts and such so I wouldn't be posting or anything.  Tried cracking the account a few different ways to no avail so I figure this is easier. Willing to pay for it and/pay for getting into the account I am trying to view (it isn't anyone famous fwiw).
