Tutorial How to SE Fugoo (bluetooth speaker)

Hello guys,

At this thread I will explain how to SE Fugoo.
For the people who don't know what kind of company Fugoo is: https://www.fugoo.com
Fugoo makes bluetooth speakers that are waterproof and dust proof.

This will not be a hard tutorial it was very easy for me.
But I  will not promise you this will work for everyone.

- So you have to email them and say that your speaker is broken, for example say that the speaker won't connect any more to different devices.
- After that they will give you a few options how you can reset the speaker.
- You will tell them that this didn't worked.
- Then they sent a form where you have to put in all your billing details. Like your address and full name.
- After this they shipped a new one to me.

Have you test this yourself? Because before they give you form to put in all your billing details, they should ask you where you bought the project and product ID as well.
