Like for example if I hide some content in the thread, I can choose if the person who wants to see the content should "like" or "reply" or "like and reply" that would be cool in my opinion

No. The user has to decide whether he wants to like/reply on the content.

Imo it should be people choice.
It doesn't make sense if you e.g. post an script and you will force people to like it even if it doesn't work lol.
