"ticket was missed" is a straight up lie man. You can see in the screenshots that he didnt reply for a week but he kept reading messages. I already bought prem for 1 month now. Lets wait out the month or refund. Thank you

rest your order was supposed to be done on the 25th as your screenshot shows but it goes missed and was done on the 30th
