? Important Announcement Regarding Fixing & Upgrade Charges
Hey everyone,
This is something I’ve held off on saying for a long time, but after nearly 4 years of keeping my promise of lifetime warranty support, it’s become extremely difficult both in terms of time and cost to continue offering fixes and upgrades without any limits.
Until now, I’ve always prioritized making sure everyone got help whenever they needed it, no matter how long ago the purchase was made. But with fixing costs and upgrade demands rising steadily I need to make some changes.
So, here’s what’s changing:
For customers whose orders are older than 6 months, a small fee may now apply depending on how long it’s been.
These fees are only for continued fix/repair support not for new purchases.
New customers or new orders remain unaffected except for one thing: upgrade prices will go up slightly due to increased backend costs and this should cover the cost for everything.
I want to be transparent any extra charges will be discussed and can be paid after the fix, so you can be fully assured you're not being scammed or charged unfairly.
Trust me, I didn’t want to make this change. But this is the only way I can continue to maintain the quality and speed of service that you all deserve. Thank you for understanding and continuing to support this journey.
