Additional Information: I text this dude every 3rd day cause Netflix crashes ever so often. I texted him on 12.12. so today is the 5th day it's dead. I'm losing my temper with this guy. He's like that dude who owes you money and promises to return it every week. I literally don't know what's this guys problem, I'm convinced that if he was disciplined and took it more seriously he would have done every ticket in time. So yea, he cant fix Netflix for 5 days. I'm able to pay extra for you to fix your shit earlier @TheRadiant .
