Additional Information: Bought Grammarly premium with crypto, it took a couple of days to receive the product after asking multiple times. After getting the product, it stopped working after like 2 days. I messaged him asking for a replacement and received radio silence. Still, to this day, absolutely no response.

I initially asked for a replacement, absolutely no answer, then after that I asked if you have any other AI program for sale, you instantly answered with all the options. After telling you that I wasn't interested in anything new and instead asked for a replacement once again, you fully ignored me again. The grammarly product stopped working within like 2 days, after that radio silence from you until now. 

You either:
1. really need an assistant helping you with products
2. or use dishonest business practices and gaslight your customers into believing it's their fault for complaining after you don't answer to a single message in 1 week. This is until someone starts a dispute, of course.

Just wanted to let you know.
