Additional Information: Bought Grammarly premium with crypto, it took a couple of days to receive the product after asking multiple times. After getting the product, it stopped working after like 2 days. I messaged him asking for a replacement and received radio silence. Still, to this day, absolutely no response.

I havent checked his account but just to inform:

!) since the day he bought it like 2-3days after i had a flight and i have been shifting [irl] so i had it posted that i will be away
2) few hours before the report i posted that i cant access forums or tg for 10hrs and that 650tickets were done but still 800left 
3) 3minutes after the dd was opened customer was dmed stating that did he read the tg channel? and if he needs grammarly or wants a refund , if refund it is LTC or USDT address needed no btc

I initially asked for a replacement, absolutely no answer, then after that I asked if you have any other AI program for sale, you instantly answered with all the options. After telling you that I wasn't interested in anything new and instead asked for a replacement once again, you fully ignored me again. The grammarly product stopped working within like 2 days, after that radio silence from you until now. 

You either:
1. really need an assistant helping you with products
2. or use dishonest business practices and gaslight your customers into believing it's their fault for complaining after you don't answer to a single message in 1 week. This is until someone starts a dispute, of course.
