I am interested in knowing if a Telegram bot developer or Python developer would be able to develop a python bot that can work on multiple accounts and **FOWARD** messages to a largee number of public groups
And i want this bot to have a timer feature that would allow me to set a limit on how many times a message is sent out to each group so it doesnt get really annoying or spammy!
