I've been searching for a free RDP and tried so many websites, trials, and methods. Some from here as well.
Unfortunately, I couldn't found an actual free one. There was always something I don't have, a cc with balance, non VOIP number, etc.

I'm still new to these things and I just want to run some programs from time to time. So, is there any really free RDP? Some help would be much appreciated.

Create a educational email and you'll need to register into Microsoft Azure.
It's really fucking free.

Microsoft Azure - I have an EDU email account. But Azure also requires phone verification. All the numbers I tried says,

Sorry, we do not accept Voice over IP (VOIP) numbers. Try again with a different number.

Google Cloud - I tried with a VCC, and it says,

Unable to complete transaction: prepaid cards can't be used

AWS - I tried with a VCC, and it says,

Your default payment method is invalid.

I don't know much about BINS & CCs, plus as I know it's prohibited to talk about them here. I don't want to drag you into trouble.

GoDaddy SmartLine - It requires a CC as well to get the 7-day trial. I tried with a VCC, and it says,

Correct this card info or try a different card.

So all failed. Anyway, thanks for trying to help me.
