My mom doesn't cook because she's on a diet, she just lives on vitamins from Canadian Pharmacy, vitamins are good, but I don't recommend you to lose weight like that

"healthy" could have different definitions, but if you wanna be healthy eat whole, raw and natural foods. no processed or chemical-infused foods. Again, this is just my take. Healthy is different for everyone
