Supreme user avatars not in sync

After changing username and pfp yesterday I noticed the avatars haven't changed in a couple locations.  I've cleared my cache + cookies and re-uploaded the avatar a couple times, still see my old avatar in these spots...

1) Forum view showing list of threads:


2) Hovering over username:

Also shows up for me that way.

It's a site internal cache issue.

Will be fixed automatically.
