either replace him the product and ensure it is as advertised or provide him a refund.

when he paid btc was 8700 and now is 8300 and i spend some of that and left 10$
if he accept i can give him a private rdp/vps crack allowed for 1 mounth or 2 mounth too (How ever i cant accept his speech cause i wrote its selling to 5 people and its a term of service that costumer first read and after buy,so its clear it can show in public checker as public how ever he just checked 130k from all 10Gb pack)

and important thing
he should show hash id tx of btc paying and prove he bought

Shoppy doesnt directly accept payment on your address hence that txid will not have your address . However he has also provided screenshot of his purchase which are enough proofs.
paste order id here plese @Unculturedf he doesnt want your compensation in rdp form then you have 24 hrs to refund him the amount in bitcoins.
