no i've used it for a total of 3 weeks at most. full refudn to btc. i've been very patient and did as i was told but have barely had any netflix time (compared to the advertised, lifetime upgrade). in fact, this round of upgrades took nearly a month and he didn't even fix it after messaging me that it's done. what do u mean $7 refund lol - also funny that you didn't respond for days and a report was instant.
